Der Ranger Mk2-Kompass von Helikon mit seiner Aluminiumkonstruktion ist leicht und dennoch robust, so dass er Sie nicht im Stich lassen wird. An der Seite befindet sich ein Kartenmaßstab von 1:25000. Der Kompass ist außerdem mit einer Winkel- und Tausendstel-Skala ausgestattet. Um ihn noch zuverlässiger zu machen, ist der Kompass mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt.
